Financial institutions, law firms, and notaries will now be required to make advance payment via credit card using the new online payment feature.
Important Notice:
As of August 5, 2025, all certificate requests must be submitted through the online portal. Requests sent via fax or email will no longer be accepted.

Why is payment required at the time of the transaction?
Can I request a certificate for any property through the portal?
Certificates can be requested for properties insured under HUB International’s Condo Sure Program. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us at StrataCert@hubinternational.com.
How will I receive my certificate?
Your completed certificate will be sent to the email address you provide during the transaction, look for an email from HUB International Limited <noreply@formresponse.com>. Be sure to check your Spam or Junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
